Google Code Search

Google releases a search engine for open source code, and the games begin. I did some testing of my own: searching for “ugly hack” gives 200 results for Python, 400 for Java, 50 for Ruby and 100 for Lisp. Make your own conclusions.

Just updated the permalink structure. It’ll break my Google index, but better now when the site’s new. Update your bookmarks (ya right), and if you’re using a newsreader, be ready to see a lot of old posts repeated.

Google Reader

I’ve started using Google Reader instead of Bloglines. Reader’s new look is perfect for my taste. Bloglines has updated it’s interface as well, but too late.
