You should be able to easily see that I like version control. git rocks, and I’ve been giving git-svn a go lately. svn is used at work, bzr is used with Gnome Do. I haven’t actually done anything with Do since creating a few plugins—life (and a dead laptop) got in the way—but I tend to follow the main development branches and see what’s going on.

The shell is zsh, and here’s a peek at the config file:

export VISUAL="emacsclient -a emacs -t"
export EDITOR="emacsclient -a emacs -t"
export MOST_EDITOR='(file=%s; line=%d; emacsclient -t +$line $file -a zile +$line)'
export PROMPT='%B%m%b:%~%# '
export PAGER=most

most is a delightful pager, and with some customizations, integrates nicely with Emacs. You don’t see Emacs there, as always keep it open.

Anybody I know want to give this a shot?
