    I got a standby laptop on 30th April itself, but they are sending an engineer here to swap the hard-drives today. I would have done that myself, but couldn't find a flat-headed screwdriver to open up the machine.

    BTW, the laptop is totally dead at the moment. Won't even start up… Embarrassing really, for this to happen when I'm client-side.

    Switched the hard-disk from fiddler to the replacement one. This one doesn't have an nVidia card, and the screen is glossy :(

    Hope they fix mine soon.
